In the past, they've had "game used" helmets signed by Stoops. I ordered one for a wedding present, but they neglected to tell me that it was on backorder for five or six months (that wasn't embarrassing at all). I didn't see anything up there right now, but check off and on. The OU/Nike store on campus corner (can't think of the exact name off hand) will have what you're looking for, but it will likely be signed and very pricey.
