A series of videos (find your favorite team today!) titled "Baby fill-in-name-of-school-mascot" for the parent that wants to raise their kid to be a fan of their alma mater or adopted team.

Like a bad car wreck I am strangely drawn to these videos and the concept of conditioning young children. Gaaah!

I believe the OSU one is considered child abuse.

That is creepy as hell.

I'm sure it works great until the kid turns 13 and starts to rebel--then you've got an adolescent Longhorn fan on your hands.

Impossible. Everybody knows you're only allowed to be an oSu fan if you attend/ed school there, and I'm sure even their admission standards don't allow toddlers.

Toddlers would score higher than most OSU grads. :stunned:

It's a little weird, but nothing not done by parents through other channels.

I remember getting mad when my stepmom would come into the living room chanting "Mookie! Mookie!" and subsequently change the channel from whatever craptacular Nickelodeon show we were watching to an OU basketball game. By the end of that season, I was a die hard. Intentional brainswashing? Nope. But I never had a chance (and I'm glad of it).

brainwashing...

Agree with mdklatt - don't force the issue too much or you could have a Horn or Aggie on your hands. Or god forbid a Texas Aggy.

As the mother of 3 daughters, one of who was on the drill team, I personally would rather have the Baby Sooner be dressed up in pads, instead of a cheer leading outfit, but thats just me. :O

I have that baby Sooner DVD, or I should say my boy does. His Grandmother bought it for him last Crimmus.
