Dead of undisclosed causes. I wonder if Tina snuck in his crib and whopped him upside the head with an iron skillet for payback?

I would not have blamed her one little bit. I'm guessing that her success was probably revenge enough. :)

The guy was 76 and full of more drugs than Walgreen's. "Undisclosed causes" indeed - he probably lived about 20 years longer than he was supposed to.
