and I happen to glance down at their license plate. It was a vanity plate declaring their love for Queensryche. I was blown away that somebody would pay extra money to declare their love for Queensryche in the form of a vanity plate in 2007.

You said it was a mid-90's Grand Am. Maybe you stumbled across a wormhole and crossed over into a previous time.

"I LV Queensryche" is a bunch of letters. What exactly did the tag say?

You guys stole all of my songs.

Not a huge fan either, but Silent Lucidity was teh awesome. :D

...and to pay extra for vanities is sorta nutts...unless you're actually a member of the band...then I guess it'd be OK.

If they were so good, why aren't they around today?

Silent Lucidity was about the biggest song they had and all in all it wasn't all that good if you really think about it.

They are, Operation: Mindcrime II came out in 2006 and a CD of cover songs called Take Cover (http://www.queensryche.com/releases/take-cover/index.html) came out in November.

If Silent Lucidity is the only song people know, then they didn't listen to Queensryche. I was working at Sound Warehouse when the EP came out (yes, the vinyl version), listened to them ever since. The last time that I saw them was at the Zoo Amphitheater in the mid 90's. I actually won a Promised Land CD-ROM game (like Myst) off their website when it first came out.

Do you own a Mid 90's Grand Am registered in Nebraska that have the aforementioned license plates?

Had a chance to go see them when I was in my Navy technical school in Pensacola. Passed them up to go hang at the beach. The beach was cool, but prolly should have gone to the concert.

...and remember: If you open your mind for me, you want rely on open eyes to see...
