It could just be gun battle though.

Yeah, I generally believe the meteorologists when they tell me there's going to be ice and snow.

YMMV

It's just raining in Vegas and these desert dwellers drive like there's been a blizzard that iced over.

So, watch out on the roads for Demarco and Reynolds if there is any ice or sleet!

We had to 1-3" snow events here in INdy last week, one last Tuesday Night, other Thursday night. Both times all the local news had extensive coverage on what was going on with all the snow plows, interviewing DPW personnal, interviewing salt truck drivers about the trip, and on and on; then they'd have guys out in the field picking slush out of the roads and explaining how it is slippery.

When I went out to get my paper, there was a little crunchy stuff on the grass, but the street was fine. Meterological terrorism IMHO.

Must have had sleet earlier in OKC, as the grass and roads are white. It's raining now.

They got about a quarter inch of snow in DC when I was there last week. They started having schools open 2 hours late. It wasn't even sticking and they were all freaking out. It surprised me because I thought DC always got a lot of snow.

That's like the poor cub reporters for the Sacramento news teams...getting sent up to Blue Canyon in the Sierras so they can stand there in the dark getting hit by softball-sized flakes of Sierra Sludge and tell us it's snowing.

It doesn't take long to realize that if it is raining in the Sacramento Valley in the winter, it's snowing in the mountains. Thanks for that.

I did wake up last night and realize my sound machine was playing thunderstorm noises while a thunderstorm was rumbling outside. Rather redundant and kind of the same thing twice.

Histroy is replete with examples of men who courted, and subsequently married, then promptly went off to war for the duration. Letters were the only contact until Johnny "came marching home again (hurrah, hurrah.)" Nut-up man! Your behavior is entirely too new age-y. Keep this up and you are NOT going to last -- and neither is the marriage.
