I don't think I've ever deleted a PM. Gah. I suck.

Okay, it's not as full now.

On the old board you could keep private messages indefinately. I hardly ever deleted them so when we switched I had tons. I don't even know how many.

In other words, you probably have me to thank for the 50 PM limit.

i delete them after a day or two - unless there's something in it that i need to keep a little longer

oh, that

that is a BS rule that should be changed

choosing a gender is just dumb for a person of as yet undetermined gender, especially when it starts into the feminist junk or the "hir" or "s/he" business

most people just say "they" or "their" i'd imagine the language will eventually just update eventually

I keep mine just because I'm too lazy to hit that "don't save" button.

Every once in a while I delete a bunch.

However, sometimes they are fun to read later.

For instance, I sent one to someone a while back that said "1TC Hates Me" because I had gotten in an argument with him and told him not to patronize me.

Now 1TC and I are good friends, so it made for a good laugh for us when I told him about finding the old PM.

That definitely should have been a PM.

Are you gonna be one of those people that never throws anything away and ends up living in a house full of newspapers or beer cans or something?

'Cause I can't see Lil being down with that.

You can still make it to the chair by stepping on the popcorn box.

And you can still reach the power button on the stereo as you lay on the aluminum couch.

You get more than a couple Sunday papers on the floor, you may not be able to see Li'l at all.

Yeah.

I used to have PMs from when people liked me.

Folder ControlsInbox contains 114 messages.
You have 249 messages stored, of a total 2500 allowed.

That's why I don't bother to empty my PMs very often.

Phhht. Uh, yeah. I'm not always the earliest of adopters, but I was on the Punkins LONG before SD. Mayonanaise was still the best song they did. Seriously.

KC//CRIMSON
4/10/2007, 11:24 PM
Meh. While Mayo is a good tune, they have far better songs in their catalog, imo.
