So I'm getting random text messages from some number I don't know.
Who the **** is this?

Heh. I had the same thing happen to me a few weeks ago.
Kept getting these text messages. Kept asking "Who is this", but no response.
Finally I text them back "Tell me who this is or I will report you." After I sent it I decided to call the number.
Someone from a country south of us answered the phone and couldn't speak the English language.
Needless to say the text messages stopped.
