When the road signs warn you of camel crossing...
You see nary a spek of green...Lots of white and beige however...
There is no soil, its mostly rock...
I have yet to see a dog...
Hunting is done with falcons...
Mobil homes are made of fabric...
They got some big a$$ed gas plants here...I can see the flares from 35 km out.
It really, really flat, okay, that you could mistake for Kansas...;)
Did I say big a$$ed gas plants? There are 10 new cooling water pipelines going in next to the 8 in place, all are 5-6 feet in diameter.
Interesting place they got here...
I tell you, the people/place to watch out for before they take you over financially - Qatar and UAE. They gots money and they gots financial smarts that will carry them over after the gas runs out.
