I would have to say that my family and friends enjoy the gingerbread men my granddaughter and I make every year. They look forward to Italian breakfast casserole as well. It keeps them happy until the holiday meal is served. Its my great grandmothers recipe, but my figgy cake and panettone is everyones absolute favorite.

They also like the pumpkin bread I make in mason jars. I always send some home with them to help ring in the New Year since ole Pa Pa and I usually take a trip. It goes well with black eyed peas. :D

How in the world did I ever forget gingerbread? I should be flogged! Thanks Mama for reminding me of my huge omission.

It's easier just to say "all of the above," even though I'm not too crazy about every single thing. I like to keep my options wide open when it comes to goodies. :)

I'm not a huge fudge eater, but there is a lady up here at work that makes the kind with velveeta in it and I kinda like it. She also makes those maple straw things that are so good.

There are different kinds but I m a big peanut butter fan

1 C peanut butter chips
3/4 C butter
1/2 cup cocoa
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon vanilla

Coatings: crushed graham cracker crumbs, confectioners sugar or crushed nuts
Makes about 3 dozen truffles

In a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with butter. Stir in cocoa until smooth. Add condensed milk and vanilla. Cook and stir until thickened and well blended, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Chill until firm enough to handle. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in desired coating. Chill until firm. Store, covered in refrigerator.

My mother makes the best fudge that I have ever had. I've tried many times with her recipe and I can get close, but still can't make it as good as she does. It will seriously rock your world.

As an insanely busy single mom, I love bonding with the kids by making loads of sugar cookies throughout the holidays. I have a huge box of pillsbury dough I bought at Sam's last week in the fridge and we have already made one batch from it. It was a great treat for when we were all decorating the last couple of days.

As far as the rest of it goes, I can take or leave most other holiday candy, but in no particular order, here are some of my other likes: Divinity, almond bark, peppermint bark, and that chinese noodle stuff
