Has anyone tried this? I ask because when I got to the bottom of the cup it looked like there was mouthwash in there.

Which of course would explain the minty flavoring.

is it ice cream or a slush?

I've never liked mint with ice cream or chocolate.
Hope that helps!

It's an ice cream thing, like a Blizzard

So, was it good up until you found the mouthwash in the bottom of it?

Sonic blasts are generally really good. I was at Sonic last night and noticed they had the holiday thing. I'll have to try it in the near future.

Go to Braum's and get a peppermint shake with chocolate syrup. You WILL be converted.

If you like hot chocolate and you like peppermint, stir your next hot chocolate with a peppermint stick.

It wasn't too bad, but next time I think I'll stick with the Butterfinger or the Reese's Blast.

As a former Sonic dood from my high school day...

Vanilla soft serve
Milk
Take cheap peppermints, hit with hammer while still in plastic (seriously)
Unwrap peppermint shards, mix
Add whoop cream

As a CURRENT Sonic owner, I can tell you that no hammers are used (you must be old skool). It is a mixture of white chocolate, chopped up mints, and M&M's(comes in a box - premixed). The blue stuff is a mint flavoring, which should have been mixed in with the ice cream. Someone doesn't know how to read directions.

It's not my favorite, but is done for the season - so I guess it is appropriate. The Cheesecake bites are da Bomb.
