Ever since 2005, I take no pleasure at all in seeing a team's/fan's heart broken by a loss. I am proud of our Sooners, and thrilled by the latest Big 12 title. I just personally don't find chuckles in seeing the pained faces of MO as their dreams shatter.

JMOHO, not expecting anyone to necessarily agree.

Ever since 2005, I take no pleasure at all in seeing a team's/fan's heart broken by a loss. I am proud of our Sooners, and thrilled by the latest Big 12 title. I just personally don't find chuckles in seeing the pained faces of MO as their dreams shatter.

No one chuckled at the Indian shedding a tear because his river was polluted either, still makes for dramatic and poigniant images.

It's the media age Soonerloyal. People live vicariously through other's accomplishments and other's misery. Sad but true.
