Is it too early to talk about a meeting place & time for a Pre-Fiesta Bowl Celebration?

Last year = good times.

Get with it Maestro! But do something at least slightly different from last year, so we won't invite a jinx of some kind.

I don't think Maestro will respond to posts unless you call him "Mongo".

And if you wanna hang out at the Kilt in Scottsdale, you better hope the lead singer of N'Sync isn't still employed there. We got booted from there one night and told to never come back!

I hear that "Doss Gringas" place is pretty cool !

Yeah, we might change things up and go Dos Gringos! Although if OU is staying at the Scottsdale Princess again that is about a 7 iron from the Tilted Kilt (or a 3 wood for BoonesFarmSooner).

But, having said that, the Tilted Kilt has hosted OU games all season so it seems the most appropriate place.

I will call the guy and get something organized. Do you guys prefer the 30th or 31st for a Soonerfans bash? I'm game either way, but the 31st just gets real crazy around here.

I'm also thinking about getting a Bobby Reid tailgate party for the Insight Bowl and seeing if KFC will sponsor it!

Let me know any thoughts and maybe we can organize it better this time and have a better time.

That's a pretty good idea, too.

I am definitely thinking about the Insight Bowl. I used to work there and have some friends in management...could swing some tickets and Mill Ave. in Tempe by the stadium is a good place to hang before and after the game.

(Rental clubs...does that count?) ;)

And your win was very Appy State-esque!

Being rental clubs, I should be able to deduct about 5 strokes from my total... After I had just pulled an all-nighter of drinking!

And with all due respect. DMack beating you is Appy State-esque.

It looks like there are a couple of gophers on here . . .

I don't know how difficult it would be to set up a couple of tee-times back to back, but we could do a mini-tournament and get a few guys out there on the course. We are staying at the Embassy Suites that is on the golf course in . . . uh, I forget - but it was relatively easy to get on there last year. We plan on doing the same thing this year.

Any interest in this, or is it going to be too hard to coordinate.

I'm planning on being very hungover on the 1st, but I'll try to make it.
