View Full Version : any good dove recipes out there?
my boss just unloaded a stink load of dove's bosoms on me. I am starting out with the standard jalepeno-bacon wrapped. Gonna add a little mesquite to add some smoke on the gas grill.
any other good ones?

The bacon and jalepeno is the only way ive ever done it. I figure if you have a smoker, you could slow smoke it. It would probably be pretty juicy, like smoked chicken or turkey.
