The Wal-Mart brand sucks.

And I mean sucks bad. It's awful.

The Rocky Mountain Pies version (Sold at Crest) is the bomb.

Take my word for it.

Some asshat stole my pumpkins this year!

Two uncarved pumpkins sitting by my flowerbeds. And some crap wrangler kleptos my pumpkins before Halloween was even over. Jackasses.

making your own is relatively easy. Just follow the recipe on the pumpkin can and add some extra pumpkin pie spice to it. Tastes great!!!

And among teh best as well.

But when Thanksgiving rolled around, my mom wasn't a part of the cooking this year because she's taking Chemo and not supposed to be doing anything right now. I'm not the miracle worker she is, so I cooked the bird and went cheapo on the extras. Braums had a nice Pumpkin Pie, FWIW.
