The trick is to make an appointment at one of the offices and do double red blood cells.

Half as many trips. Half as many sticks.

I think they have been using the biggest needle they have on me the last few times as it hurts like he-double hockey sticks when she 1st sticks me.

I'm gonna ask them about it next week when I give again.

i hate needles+veins so much just reading this thread is giving me the heebie jeebies. Seriously. I hear even a mention of donating blood and i start protecting the bends of my elbows. Gah.

They won't let me give anymore. I was living in England during the Mad Cow scare, so I'm black listed. Succs cause I used to give all the time.
