I know that I'm no Lawyer or almost Lawyer but I sure love my job...my group built the power platform for the DSP BLK 23 Sat. We've got alot of hardware up there now.

Sweet.

Back in the 70's the Space Program didn't look like it would ever slow down and 2001 - A Space Odyssey gave us a glimpse of what space travel might be in the future...

I always thought we would be further along than we are now.

Presently it looks as if the only way I'll ever make it to Space is by paying some company to launch my ashes into space on a rocket.

I hope someday more folks learn the importance of what's being done up there...

I'll never think it's wasted money.

Yea, that bird was completed back in 96 it's been sitting in Space Park for the last 11 years awaiting launch. Another reason record retention and accurate End Item Data packages are so critical and I'm not a pretentious Okie like some so being an Aerospace Engineer and driving a Yukon isn't something I advertise to often. ;)
