Is it considered assault if you are minding your own business and someone sneaks up behind you and slaps you on the ***?

What if you acted all offended but secretly liked it?

If they touch you, that is technically a battery.

An assault would be a frontal approach in a threatening manner without the touch.

If you like it, well, that is between you and your attacker! ;)

1. Was it just a quick butt slap, then an instant removal of the open palm, or did the hand actually move around the buttocks, and was there any squeezing of said cheeks?

2. How well do you know this individual, and have they ever told you you were hawt?

3. Have the details of the incident remained in your frontal lobe since it happened?
