and I still can't turn my head sideways.

this sucks

I've been hurting since I woke up Friday, thought at first I just slept wrong but now I'm beginning to think it's more than that

tonight I might have to break out the 'good candy' left over from my wreck :pop:

That sucks. I had that about a year ago. Could not turn my head at all.

Doc gave me the weak stuff cause I had to stay awake at work, and I was in pain for two weeks before it finally let up.

Not fun. :(

when I saw the "bug guns" typo I laughed out loud. Even though it is slightly in poor taste to laugh at someone who is obviously suffering. Please forgive, ;-)

Methinks TopDaugIn2000 may have himself/herself a bulging disk. Especially if you have pain across your shoulder blades and/or shooting down one arm. (Said bulging disk presses on a main nerve which will cause this.) Alas, I have this chronically and may one day get to have surgery for it. Yea, me!

Anywho, you may want to:

1. Visit Dr. who may also prescribe a strong anti-inflammatory (i.e. Celebrex) along with re-upping either a muscle relaxant and/or depending on how much pain you're in some Brett Favres.

2. Ice dat bizsnatch. It really does help. You can also do alternating icing and heating to loosen it up.

I've done the icing/heating thing. will continue

my mom had a ruptured disc in L4-L5 area that required surgery about 15 years ago. me no want

I took:
Flexeril (for muscle spasms)
Xanax (anxeity/stress, which is probably what caused all of this)

if I don't get some relief in the next hour or so, I think I'll chase those with a vicodin
