Picked up some kind of stomach flu funk which manifested itself Saturday night during my daughter's wedding reception. I've had three days of hardly no food and I think I've dropped 10 pounds.

That's sorta along the lines of my stay at a 5 Star hotel about 2 years ago... 'cept my face was buried in the trashcan while my drunked self was wheeled up to the room. The guests in the hotel lobby weren't too thrilled when I announced I was about to f'in puke.

Seriously, if you have been having this problem for more than 48 hours, you are at major risk for dehydration. Try drinking something with some electrolytes in it like watered down gatorade or some kind of watered down sports drink. For God's sake stay away from juices.
