I guess now he can use the medicinal hippie lettuce!

I've got no sympathy for the guy.

I don't like the guy but it was a dirty play.

I saw that when it happened and I couldn't tell if he did it on purpose or if the wet conditions made him unstable and he just put his foot where it needed to go to keep him up.

Sucks if you are Williams. I hope that he is able to come back and have some success before age forces him out.

You know, I really don't have a problem with a professional athlete burnin some bud...at least it isn't performance enhancing, unless you are a in a rock band.

His other issues? Yeah, poor judgment likely due to my previous sentence.

yeah- that is too bad for him- I think he is pretty broke and made the comeback and is not smoking ganga- soon enough that stuff will be legal and is probably better for you in reality than drinking like some ball players I know.

I don't think the guy stepping on his shoulder was intentional, he was just going after the ball on the fumble.

Well it looked like he planted is foot intentionally, but maybe I am over analyzing the situation.

I'm a steelers fan. Lawrence Timmons probably did try to step on Ricky, but not to end his season/career

Looked like an accident to me, but who knows.

At full speed it looked like he was just making a play for the ball, in slow motion it does look more suspect but that is really taking the play out of context. If anything was there at that moment he was going to step on it, although Ricky's shoulder was probably more stable footing than the turf.

I don't think it was intentional, he would stand more of a chance of getting an injured ankle than an injury to Ricky. I don't think Ricky was a threat to them since he hasn't played in a long time, they knew all they had to do was bang him around some to wear him out. No need for an intentional injury.
