On the subject of cookware...

I have the Emeril stainless stuff. Got that however many piece set Bed Bath and Beyond has for 200 bucks. It's nice, don't get me wrong. But it does better sitting on the pot rack lookin' good than it does on my stove. It heats really evenly, is slow to gain heat but retains it well, all that crap. But I'm so used to cookin' on cast iron, the most I ever did with the Emeril stuff was heat up soup.

But like I said, it looks sharp on the pot rack as I unleash the kitchen fury with the old school, good school stuff.
