Anyone see this thing flying around in the student section? It was about 10 rows in front of where I was sitting there, along the 50 ... thing was absolutely humongous ... and ...

Absolutely HILARIOUS. Any time there was a bad no-call or any kind of penalty, they'd hurl this monstrosity up into the air.

Dont think it is to cool yet. I think they got the idea from UT. Their band had one in the endzone at the OU/tx game this year.

Not a first for the student section. I can recall a normal sized flag being thrown on the field on what appeared to be holding during a 60+ yard run by Byron Hanspard(sp). At first, the fans thought the play was coming back. Pretty clever.

Damn, that had to be 10 years ago against TTU. I'm getting old.
