Robinson keeps it, tries to get around the corner, OU player meets him at the goal line, Robinson reaches for the end zone...FUMBLE! Recovered by OU!

Play is being reviewed. Play stands!

Deja vu, anyone? Same thing happened in Stillwater last year, the main difference being that Robinson went left last year and fumbled INTO the endzone instead of away from it like this year.

(Sorry if this has already been posted. I searched but didn't see it.)

So, how anxious were we that the replay would go in OUr favor? You know, cause of past history and all that.

I thought we had about a 80% chance of the play being overturned.

We also had an amazing goal line stand in 2003. That was the loudest that I have ever heard Owen Field.

I love that stop. It was an awesome defensive play.

Hopefully you naysayers will ease up on OU's D. The guys play hard, and are the best in the nation.

I think it might've been louder at the beginning of that 2003 game when Fields audibled and Bell didn't hear him which allowed Cody to come off the edge and shellack Fields, causing a fumble.

Here it is after he's already audibled. (http://youtube.com/watch?v=h2JoVOVUCn4)

Still, though...I think the loudest I've ever heard it was when everybody simultaneously realized that Derrick Strait was taking his Eric Crouch interception all the way back for a touchdown.

2001 KSU

The crowd scored a TD.

Roberson directing the offense from his own 20.

He audibles to run option left. The running back goes right.

Roberson pitches it to no one.

You can look at about 3:47 of this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4bEHuHe7-Ww)

The video looks like the tackle makes him fumble, but if you look behind Roberson you can see that the running back is headed in the other direction. Roberson looked and started to pitch when he gets nailed.

ATM was pretty loud this year. I had an aggie next to me on the plane home and he said he was really impressed with the noise.

My seat in Section 102 was right on the goal line and it was obvious that he didn't get close. There was no way a review was going to overturn that.

I will say however that I think we were lucky they didn't review the 3rd down play. That looked to me like it crossed.

I know what you're saying, but are you familiar with OUr history regarding reviews?

We had a sweet one against Mizzou in 1999. They had first and inches off a penalty, I think. Our defense stopped them dead to keep the shutout. I believe they even called that the "power play of the game".

What I thought at Eugene twice before I was proven wrong...What I thought after watching TV regrading the TT non TD in Lubbock. You never know when it comes to biased officiating and OU seems to have more then their share of those calls...

Exactly what I said. I almost felt a little guilty they fumbled on the ensuing play since they probably shouldn't have had 6 on the baord already.
