Amazon.com - Opus N' Bill in a Wish for Wings That Work (1991) (http://www.amazon.com/Opus-Bill-Wish-Wings-That/dp/B000UZDO6M/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1195776147&sr=1-1) was released November 6, 2007 on DVD.
There's the link for those that might want it.

It is amazing how some things are released and other things not released. Sometimes it is who owns the rights to the shows/movies and sometimes those are tied up in court. I wanted the movies The Final Countdown (http://www.amazon.com/Final-Countdown-2-Disc-Limited-Special/dp/B00019GHQ6/ref=pd_bbs_sr_3?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1195776352&sr=1-3), Grand Prix (http://www.amazon.com/Grand-Two-Disc-Special-James-Garner/dp/B000FFJYCU/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1195776403&sr=1-1) and The Gumball Rally (http://www.amazon.com/Gumball-Rally-Michael-Sarrazin/dp/B0009PVZBO/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1195776452&sr=1-1) but it took forever for them to be released on DVD.

Man, they STILL don't have good versions of the Muppet Christmas stuff out. Any versions that do exist have been chopped all to hell because four different companies own rights to different characters.

GHP - I pieced together a pretty complete version of Muppet Family Christmas. PM me your snail mail and I'll post you a copy.

You shouldn't use the past tense on the finest adaptation of The Christmas Carol.

Better than Bill Murray's version?

If only it was Bill Murray in the Muppet production of the Christmas Carol.

Then I could die a happy man.

I know I've got a Bloom County flexi-disk around here somewhere featuring Billy and the Boingers. Nothing like a good 'Lectric Tuba riff from Opus or a bone chilling hairball from Bill the Cat himself. AAAaaackk!

How did that happen?
That happened because it's Christmas Eve.
I'm not crazy. It's Christmas Eve.
It's the one night when we all act a little nicer.
We...we smile a little easier. We...we...share a little more.
For a couple of hours we are the people we always hoped we would be.
It's really a miracle because it happens every Christmas Eve.
And if you waste that miracle, you're gonna burn for it. I know.
You have to do something. You have to take a chance and get involved.
There are people that don't have enough to eat and who are cold.
You can go and greet these people.
Take an old blanket out to them or make a sandwich and say, "Here."
"l get it now."
And if you give, then it can happen, the miracle can happen to you.
Not just the poor and hungry, Everybody's gotta have this miracle!
It can happen tonight for you all!
If you believe in this pure thing, the miracle will happen and you'll want it again tomorrow!
You won't say, "Christmas is once a year and it's a fraud." It's not!
It can happen every day! You've just got to want that feeling!
You'll want it every day! It can happen to you!
I believe in it now.
I believe it's gonna happen to me, now. I'm ready for it!
And it's great. It's a good feeling.
It's better than I've felt in a long time.
I'm ready.
Have a Merry Christmas. Everybody.
Calvin!
Did I forget something, big man?
God bless us, every one

Blasphemous heathens all.

The George C. Scott version of A Christmas Carol is the only one worth paying any attention to. This is fact. Besides, them muppets freak me out.
