Ive got the egg whites the Niller and sugar , Do I mix on HIGH slow or what . The damn stuff aint workin right ? HELP .

The link thingie said Med. to High . But I also left a lil yolk , In the whites and didnt have any Tar tar :O

leave no yolk, med-high
glass or metal bowl
add sugar at end

But I also left a lil yolk , In the whites and didnt have any Tar tar :Oyeah, there can't be any yolk at all. and you also have to be careful that the whisk or the blender and the bowl are very clean. any oil will mess it up. Use a METAL bowl, not a plastic one (plastic absorbs oil).
