so my car just rolled over 100K miles. Should I really switch to a full synthetic or synthetic blend? I've been using Penzoil 10W-30 since I got the car about 60K miles ago. TIA

My car has 205,000+ miles on it...Should I actually change the oil, or just see how much longer it'll last without any?
