It just shows the different level of expectations at T.Boone State vs. what is expected at OU.TBS has been8-5,9-4,7-5,4-7,and 7-6 with this years mark being 6-5.During that same period OU has been 12-2,12-2,12-1,8-4-0,11-3.OuU's current squad is 9-2 and #10 in the nation.Ou has been to 8 straight bowl games and will make it 9 this year.
During that 6 year stetch that they are so proud of OSU has been 41-29,OU on the other hand has been 64-14,won 3 Big 12 Titles, had 2 NC Title game appearences and 4 BCS Bowl games.No Conference Titles or BCS Bowls for the Pokies.OU's worst season( 8-4) is only one win away from Stillwater's best(9-4).In the polls OU has finished #5,#3,#3,#22,#11 and is currently ranked #10,TBS? Nada.Did I forget to mention that Bob is 4-1 vs. osu in that stretch(osu won 38-28 in Stoolwater in'02).
None of this has any bearing on Saturdays game but shows the difference in what is percieved as ACHIEVEMENT in Norman and Stillwater.
The osu victory in Norman is not mentioned because it was seven years ago and osu is bragging about being BOWL ELILGIBLE 5 of the last 6 years.
