OK, help me out here... ...the man was behind a locked door in a room that he rented. Anything short of having sex with a minor or assaulting another human who was an unwilling participant seems like it should be his own business.

I'm sure nearly every cleaning person in the hospitality industry has accidentally walked in on someone engaged in some sort of sex act at some point in their career. Would he have been arrested if he were just having a straightforward wank?

I know it's pretty freaky/eccentric, but it doesn't seem like the guy should be in legal trouble over it.
