Why do you take out your leader so he can watch a series from the sideline? How do you think that will help? It WON'T!! Halze didn't move the ball his first few series, so it would basically just put our defense back on the field. Do not take out your field general if you do not have to.

This offense, I don't care who is leading it, should have been able to score on some of these golden opportunities early and late in this game. Instead we settled for FGs or failed 4th down conversion attempts.

After watching the replay on Bradford's injury a few times I realized that the Tech play stiff armed him right under the helmet. Also as Sam tackled him another OU player jumped on the Tech players back making the fall that much harder.

It appears the Tech players hand/arm was in Sam's neck/face during the fall. I'm guessing that added to what ever official injury he has.

I also couldn't quite tell what happened to Murray. Looks like his cleats caught and twisted his knee, I hope it isn't a blown ACL

That hurt in more ways that one. Especially if Murray is hurt as bad as it looks. We started like poop with that mega-fumble, and we made lots of mistakes early on.
But I ended up being impressed by OUr guys and the way we fought back after that shell-shocked
disaster of a 2d Q. We could have folded (like I feared we would) and the game could easily have
been 50- or 60-something to 13.
But the D kept playing. Except for that gimme after the botched punt/fake, we shut TT down.
And Halzle and the O kept playing too. The O-line seemed to dominate all the way, but Halzle
didn’t get going until too late. He finally got in something of a rhythm and came within a play or
a call of winning anyway. But another quarter and we wouild have had em. :D
I'm not kidding when I say that was the "best" OU loss I can remember seeing. The team has
more character thgan I gave them credit for.

As for Tech -- **** off, dip ****s! See you in Norman.
And Pokes - we'll win with Halzle or Sam, and with or without Murray
