2. Playoff vs BCS ( this could be in the bcs tread, but some of the playoff ideas are very lengthy
3. Funny things that Orange aggy is saying on OP
4. The Media hates us/ Sam should be mentioned for the Heisman
5. Bag on the D coordiantor
6. Game thread
7. Prediction thread
8. Let's Get it Started thread ( I know, it's time I posted it)
9. Opposing Coach ... thread

It'd be nice to have a trolls only thread^^^^^
So they wouldn't gum up others. Or send them to the testing area.
Also, you forgot Soonerus' dozen or so threads about each of those topics.

Hey, at least I only do one of those a week...most of the rest of the list gets posted 3-4 times daily! The weekly tradition ones like the opposing coach, let's get it started, and game thread are cool. The idiotic 3 times a day "we're getting screwed", "Sam for Heisman", "Look at the Poke board", and all that should be combined into a single thread.
The weekly tradition stuff drops out after game day, while the other ones just keep floating to the top like dead fish to the point where I've seeen 4 threads in a row on the same topic.

dont forget the threads about who could beat whose azz, but only when the threat is made behind a computer screen, threads about CL and how horrible he was, and that the media hates us but loves usc, ohio st, lsu, etc...:D

I see it this way... IF you don't want to talk about Football OU or other college football related material - Then don't come here....You don't have read all the threads, just the ones that interest you....Some folk have interest in Chuck Long or BCS or Okie State or whatever - IF this board only had 25 to 50 members I'm sure the advertisers wouldn't be here.--No advertisers -- No Board....!!! - Someone once said: Variety is the Spice of Life...Even IF Variety comes in same form over & Over ....You Just Keep Rockin'

That's actually a pretty good point Blues. I skip plenty of BS threads and read the ones I care about.
The one thing I am truly thankful for is that we have an active enough board that there's always something to talk about, a thread to reply to, and plenty of opinions to share and discuss.
This is a fun place...Imagine being a whorn and having the board down every time it gets exciting or a Baylor fan and only seeing new posts every few days!

Blues, the issue is that there are too many of the same threads being recycled, it's not that there are FB related threads here. :rolleyes:
Curly- good one (it's been less prevalent with Chuck L gone)

I understand - We covered just about every OU subject about 2 years ago.... :) - If it wasn't for new freshman joining the ranks every season we would be completely redundant....:)
Don't chase off to many flamers too fast our inter fighting will also start to bore us .... :D

I'm not saying it was said two years ago. I am referring to this year. We already are redundant with the number of threads that are on the same subject.

We all have got a little Lazy - Posting threads without seeing if they have already been covered....Those not guilty let them throw the first stone.... :eek:
If this is the worst problem we ever had on this board we are pretty damn lucky....JMHO.....:)
Why don't we run more trick plays?
