Jails are crowded. System's broken. Too much human error. DNA has become a crutch. Never mind the computers...

nm. This was supposed to be a play on the "playoff system" thread on the football board. When it got moved to the SO, it lost any whiff of humorous wind that it might have had in its sails. Emphasis on "whiff".
