How come? Bowl Projections

How come on ESPN and CBS Sports, their bowl projections have OU playing Kansas.

Would that be a good matchup for a bowl?

Why have two teams from the same conference when they could easily move it around to set up a better matchup?

I think they're figuring Missouri will beat them Nov. 24 and then we'll beat Mizzou on Dec. 1 for the Big XII title.

That would leave Kansas at 11-1 but Mizzou would be 11-2 and would fall to #3 in Big XII status and the Holiday Bowl.

Kansas, with one loss, would still be BCS eligible and perversely, with the better record (fewer losses), would qualify for a higher status bowl game, and somebody at ESPN has them against us in the Fiesta Bowl.
