With the way OU has played on the road I will be stunned if we leave tech with a 21 pt victory or more.

We are still not a proven road team.

This game is a chance for an OU statement game. We go on the road against a high powered offense. IF and I mean a really big IF, we can pitch a SHUTOUT. It would do wonders of the confidence of the defense and the team before the Okie State and Kansas(assuming).

No way we shut out Tech. But....I think we've been holding back, just waiting for this opportunity. National TV...night game (and we've played pretty well at night...remember Tulsa as opposed to early games at CU and ISU?)...and I don't think Tech can stop us worth a damn.

I'm thinking 42-20.

They jump out early as so often happens to us and then we shut it down. Then we slowly build up a 27-13 lead but upon further review the refs from Lubbock change a late FG for TT into a TD for some unknown reason and thus the final score of 27-17. They'll cheat hard but come up short this time around....
