Has anyone seen the nutjob standing near the Britton Rd bridge with the large cardboard sign? I think it has some long-winded political or religious garble written on it, but I'm going to fast to read the whole thing? What does the poster say?

I see her. She used to sit on the capitol steps. She has moved where more folks will see her. She just hates Gubment.
