What's the over/under on the # of times the TV color guy comments about their amazing OL splits? After all, that alone should spot them a couple of TD's.

with tech having the largest line in college football this year, I bet cash those splits will be significantly smaller by half time......

I'm saying the OL splits are mentioned 5 times.

As long as they are mentioning those splits they may as well mean that in order for Harrell to get outside the pocket to throw the ball away without an intentional grounding call he needs to run just about out of bounds.

If Lapham is part of the broadcast team, it will be no less than 10 times they'll get mentioned. IMO, that guy is a joke.

Lapham does have a splitgasm every time he calls one of TTU's games.

I'd be willing to be that this is the only time soonerfans.com has seen the use of the word "splitgasm".

Good jorb.

I think its about time the OU defense shows the rest of America how to run up the middle of those darn splits and get some sacks. Teach Leach not to line up that way.

Well you see, that's actually what they want you to try and do because of the blocking angles that it gives them, that and the fact that it gives them passing lanes. That being said I do think OUr "D" will be effective in getting after them and putting heat on the QB.

They'll mention the splits every play in the first half and adore it. In the second half they'll begin to talk down on the same fact due to the hurries and sacks, not to mention the tipped balls and interceptions. And they won't even show any shame for their ridiculous schizophrenia.
