Hey, I'm a Sophomore in high school I was wondering if anyone knows if you can transfer to a different school during the semester????

I don't think there's any way in hell the Oklahoma high school federation (or whatever) is going to let you be eligible this season at another school.

Which is the way it should be. Otherwise, what would stop someone from (say) Edmond Santa Fe transferring to Memorial if Santa Fe doesn't make the playoffs and Memorial does?

where are you trying to go? Garber or Chisolm? If you need to transfer to a smaller school to play football - perhaps the game isn't for you.

OUAndy, I currently go to Enid High, I'm a sophomore I START. My parents or divorced and my dad lives in Kremlin, my mom in Enid. I am going to be with my dad (full custody) Would like to get an early start and get used to the school before the next season starts.

Then go live with your dad. I imagine the Kremlin coach will let you practice or whatever, but you're not going to be eligible to play

Isn't the semester over in like six weeks? You can't wait that long? I didn't know there was a rule about transferring in the middle of a semester, but I didn't go to high school in Oklahoma. In any case, no way will you (or should you) be allowed to play football for another school this year.

Just wait it out, bang as many chicks in Enid as you can (tell them that you love them, even bang a few of the bigger girls) and then move on.

You should go back to Enid every now and then and bang the big girls when you visit your mom.

OH I LOVED BLOODY TUESDAY!!! I got my bell rung a few times on BT a few times. I rung a few myself though! Bull in the ring...Oklahoma Drill...the one where you lay on the ground and then hop up and tackle the dude with the ball! Oklahoma Drill was always my fav though! I was on short yardage O as a running back. I was a starter at DT though. So I got to play on both sides of the ball! I loved running through folks! I remember my friend Nathan hit me and I did not get back up...well I remember getting hit! I woke up on the training table and they wanted to send me to the hospital. I was cool...Nathan had to drive me home.

I remember in a game once I caught the ball and 2 guys hit me and my helmet came off but I kept running and I made it 20+ more yards! Wait...that was Jason Witten!

1. Nobody here gives a **** about your high school transfer problems. OK, maybe somebody does, but it ain't me.

2. You'd better learn to tread lightly before you go stomping around this house. You might wake up a big, ugly ogre.

3. You'd better kick your brain into gear before running off at the mouth in PMs and emails and such.

4. Since you're only a high school sophomore, I'm gonna give you some slack for saying stupid ****. Most high school sophomores do pretty much just say stupid ****. Pretty soon though you're gonna have to start walking down that road to maturity, and now is as good a time as any to start.
