My wife and daughter are especially interested in a good sweet potato (with the marshmallow topping) and a cranberry salad recipe.
Anyone have good recipes for these or anything else? Thanks.

My Grandma used to make this all the time. I love it.
Cranberry Salad
2 C. Cranberries
1 C. sugar
1 C. Water
Cook until the berries pop. Stir in
1 3 oz pkg cherry Jello
1 C. diced apples
1 C. nuts (I eliminate them b/c I hate nuts)
A few miniature marshmallows.

Chill until firm.

If you're doing that 'moist turkey' don't cut the skin open, whatever you do. Just work the skin away from the breast and push the herbs around.

Even better would be to make a compound herb butter and put that inside. YWIA
