"Dr" Tom was 4 and 13 against Switzer. If a real doctor goes 4 and 13 with his patients, well you know where he ends up. "Dr" Tom also had a load of criminal players during his tenure.
Pity not Nebraska, for they have laid 70+ on plennnnty of teams. Rather, enjoy their earned and deserved fate. The last Big 8 game they ran up the score 69-7.
Whatever coach that does decide to sacrifice any quality standard of living and move to Lincold, NE will have his work cut out for him.

Sorry to say but I don't see the Huskers being a major player for at least 3 to 4 years...I'm guessing the next Coach will try to revive the I opition attack and that will take some new players and time to develop...JMHO...!

It took Gibbs, ***************, and Blake to even the record.
When nebraska beat us 69-7 osborne left his starters in well into the 4th quarter. The shuckers can rot in hell for all I care.

I remember that game and turned to my wife and told her, "what comes around goes around." It looks like it's going around for NU football right now and frankly I don't give a rats azz.

You can't fault Dr. Tom too much for finishing 5-12 against Switz Switzy Switz. A lot of coaches fared worse.

Everyone fared worse in my memory serves me well! At least among opposing coaches we played more than once, and most of the others too.

You are forgetting 73-21 when St. Tom did the same thing. That is also why I want THE HUSKER NATION to suffer for at least 3-4 more years.I want to punk them 84-0 in Norman next year.

You're right, I did forget that one. It was in Norman too. You just gave me another reason to have no mercy for the huskers.

Amen, actually I'd like to hang a 100 on them, but 84 .... I could live with that.
