[RANT] I don't get everyone on this "waving wheat" thing. First off, waving wheat goes in all directions during a given time period. I have seen what the band and student section does and it is not waving wheat. It is all done together at the same time. And it is not new...the band has been doing it for 7 years or so. The cowbell chant that The Pride does, they wave their hands from side to side. I don't think the rappers that were telling you to "wave your hands in the air, like you's a true playa" was not telling them to "throw your waving wheat in the air, like you's a true playa." Get off this waving wheat sh*t! IT AIN'T THE SAME THING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Watch the two and you can see a difference. Not everyone who moves their arms back and forth are doing it...and don't say I am a Pride appologist either. There is a clear difference if you look at it. I am sure I am going to get negged for this, but I don't give a f*ck. It is driving me crazy. If you neg me, I hope that one day your children will come crying to you telling you that they got negged!!!!!!!![\RANT]

i don't ever recall the waving of the wheat when i was in pride. there was the cowbell thing when we were ahead by x amount of points and the game was well in hand, but there was no hand (wheat) waving after every point scored like there is now (thus making it relatively new). So, with the waving of the arms (much like in-sync wheat) plus waving said arms after every score equals very aggy-ish and therefore it should stop.

Oh, and the "pride" was straight up pwned by the aggy halftime show. Sad, since it's the same aggy show from the last 50 years- give or take.
