Why would that cost little more than next to nothing? I don't see anything on there that couldn't have been done in-house at very minimal cost.
A print campaign would've cost a hell of a lot more.

The print campaign? Don't get me started. Practically weekly something or other. And the phone calls. They even make cadets themselves make the calls sometimes.
It's like public TV/radio "pledge month" on steroids.
I just hope they hurry up and raise their $100M and STFU.
