1. Why does the new court filing still refer to him as "Frank"? Should refer to him as "Biker" since the 1st link shows the name change was approved.

I saw him driving his truck around Tulsa a few weeks ago. His tag is something like BIKERFX. His yellow bike was in the bed of the truck. I guess I was surprised to see him driving since he is Biker Fox.
