I was watching the Avalanche-Penguins game and they were talking about father/son players on the Avs (Stasny/Arnason). They said that Tyler Arnason was born in OKC when his dad was in the minor leagues as a player. He didn't grow up in OKC but I had never heard of an NHL player who was born in Oklahoma.

Burr Williams was born in Okemah in 1909, he was the first from the state in the NHL. I believe his father Luther had an interest in the Oklahoma City Warriors in the 1930s.
