View Full Version : eATMe tailgate

So, we have a 7pm game this Saturday. That means more tailgate fun for everyone.

We'll kick it off at about 2-ish or so. This week's tailgate is being sponsored by Yerdoleo. Be sure to thank them.

By request of the tailgate sponsors, we're going to have elk chili, deer chili, and some other dead animal by-product chili of varying variety. We will also have some dogs and stuff for those who don't do chili (unAmerican bastages).

Feel free to bring stuff that goes along with chili. We'll have chili, fritos, crackers, cheese, etc.

We will probably also do a chili tailgate for the OSU game. It's the weekend after Thanksgiving, it should be chilly, and everybody should be sick of turkey and roast beef and ham and ****. So chili it is then too.

Be there.

But of course mon ami, but of course.

I think she's gonna tone it down a notch from last years (she says she's just gonna cut the habaneros up so people can't see so many). There'll be the "garden" chili too (still has meat cause it ain't chili without it) but it'll be all veggies out of the garden - including several varieties of peppers - some heat, and also the "wimpy" chili for all the poonies and pantywaists.

All the chili will be made from tomatoes and tomato sauce she canned this year, and also onions and bell pepper from the garden. And I think she's gonna put beans in all of it because of all the whiney bitches like hairy who need their colons cleansed.

I just got a last minute emergency request from the tailgate nazi. She's been making chili all day, and we're fixin' to head up to Bethany for our kid's football game, and guess what she forgot? Cornbread fixins.

So, if one or more of you hillbillies could bring cornbread (she requests cornbread muffins since they're easier to deal with) that'd be the groovy. If not, we'll be eating chili and fritos. So somebody step up and make some dang cornbread please.

Well, I had some pie when I was really little. My grandmother used to make it all the time, but I don't' remember liking it so I just never ate it again growing up. I can't remember specifically what type of pie it was, but I don't recall liking it.

I'm just a really picky eater. I had fish once and didn't like it so I just never ate it again. This is the same kind of deal. Anyway, after that she always made pie and a separate cake for me and I just always ate the cake as opposed to the pie.

Just wanted to say thanks to Dean and Lisa for an awesome tailgate. My dad, sister and I had a great time!

I absolutely loved the banana pudding. So...who ever made that could you please forward the recipe to me? I would love to have it.

Thanks! It was nice to meet you too!!
