My laptop has started exhibiting a strange behavior. Whenever I click on a URL in an e-mail, not only does the link open up in Firefox (my default browser), but I also get a "save dialog box" asking me if I want to save the link to disk. I can cancel the save dialog and get on with life, but it's annoying and I'd like to make it stop.
This behavior doesn't occur on my desktop, which uses the same anti-virus (PC-Cillin), browser (Firefox), firewall (Windows firewall), and mail program (Outlook).
Is there some Firefox setting that might be different between the two machines that causes this behavior? Is there a fellow geek out there who has seen this before?
