ABC is utilizing its second of three potential six-day selections for games of November 3. FSN and VERSUS will also televise games on the 3rd. The telecast windows and games selected and under consideration are:

Nebraska at Kansas, 11:30 a.m. CT {FSN}
Kansas State at Iowa State, 11:30 a.m. CT {VERSUS}
Missouri at Colorado, 5:30 p.m. CT {FSN}

Games held by ABC for broadcast at 2:30 and/or 7 p.m. CT
Texas at Oklahoma State
Texas A&M at Oklahoma

If ABC only utilizes one window, the game it does not select will be carried by FSN as a "split national" at 11:30 a.m. along with Nebraska/ Kansas.

Sweet. Possible night game at the Fock on national TV. Aggie-spanking. This could be epic.

Oh, man. Dang. ABC will go with saxeT and OSEwe, I'm sure, and we'll get stuck on Faux Sports Not.

I thinking it will be texass at aggy. Only way it won't be is if ATM wins this weekend. ABC might broadcast both games, too. Does anyone know what other games could be shown by ABC that day?

Well it looks like if VT beats BC, we could get the primetime slot.

BC vs. FSU certainly would lose some luster if BC goes down this week. I have sat through several FSU games this year, and it is not a pretty sight. They have really fallen off the map.

I wish they'd set times further ahead. It messes with my countdown on my site.

Was the OU/A&M game on ABC Saturday night last year? If not, an OU game on ABC primetime would be a first.

Yes, the 12th man on the field game was at night at ATM last year.

I had forgotten about that. Difference will be, if we get the primetime slot this time, it will be a national broadcast. Last year ABC ran 3 regional games on that day at the 7pm time.

The A&M game is on the wife's birthday. If ABC picks it up for a 7:30 telecast, I might have two FREE OU-A&M tickets to give someone.

77-0 was a day game, so I vote for a day game. Let's see if we can get Fran fired by dinner time.

Sorry this is in the wrong place, but I've got a couple of A&M tickets for face. My daughter was the bat-girl for the High School Softball team and they've conveniently scheduled their big deal on Nov. 3......I'm screwed. Leave me a message or email at [email protected]

Texas at Oklahoma State TBA ABC at 2:30 or 7:00, or FSN split at 11:30
Texas A&M at Oklahoma TBA ABC at 2:30 or 7:00, or FSN split at 11:30
I guess if KU wins and the Whorns destroy Nebraska, It'll probably be Texas/OSU. if f ABC chooses Texas/OSU, then the FSN big 12 games will be split since the listings already show KU/Nebraska on at 11:30, which means the Big 12 north viewing area will probably get KU/Nebraska, with the south getting OU/Texas on FSN. Nebraska at Kansas 11:30 a.m. FSN (HD where available)
Anyone know if ABC has the option to pick up both games, 1 in the afternoon, and 1 at night, if aTm rips Kansas and Texas rips Nebraska, or do they just get 1 choice, with the other automatically going to the FSN split? listings show FSN has already picked up Missouri/Colorado for their 1st evening game.
Missouri at Colorado 5:30 p.m. FSN The guide also shows ABC is Planning on 4 regional afternoon games.
TBA 2:30 p.m. ABC (HD) *1 / ESPN (HD) *7
UCLA at Arizona 2:30 p.m. ABC *1 / ESPN-GP *2 or ESPN (HD) *7
TBA 2:30 p.m. ABC *1 / ESPN-GP *2 or ESPN (HD) *7
TBA 2:30 p.m. ABC *1 / ESPN-GP *2 or ESPN (HD) *7 and if aTm beats KU, then ABC will decide between BC/FSU and aTm/OU for the primetime. FSU at BC or Texas A&M at Oklahoma 7:00 p.m. ABC (HD) Since BC beat VT, and FSU plays Duke Sat, unless Duke pulls an Appy State, they'll probably go with BC/FSU unless aTm really kicks azz. I hate this ABC regional coverage crap when they've got 1st choice. Hopefully if aTm loses and Fox splits the 11:30 coverage, they'll broadcast OU/aTm on Fox College Sports Central live.

Tough for me to fathom why ABC would pick oSu-saxeT over us v. aggy. Not sure that either game will be very exciting (for neutral viewers that is) and we are the highest ranked team playing in that time slot.

This is from an LSU site, that comes up 1st when you google "college football TV schedule" http://www.lsufootball.net/tvschedule.htm It also looks like ABC/espn has the option to dump ABC's primetime game and switch BC/FSU over to ESPN night coverage as a split. FSU at BC or Oregon State at USC 6:45 p.m. ESPN (HD) I think Fox would've jumped all over the aTm/OU game for their late Big 12 game if ABC hadn't of locked it up with their 1st choice "maybe". (After the CU upset of OU though, and the MU/CU game being played in Boulder, the upset potential for that game is big. And that's what the networks are looking for this year is the upset, to draw in viewers ) The variable is obviously aTm/KU. While a KU victory would definitely help us in the South, a KU victory, especially if they drub aTm will more than likely push the aTm/OU game to Fox's Big 12 split coverage at 11:30 AM.

I need an 11:30 kickoff for OSU vs UT & a 7:00 kick for OU vs TA&M. Got a double-header sprint planned from Houston with a Sip friend.

Wish I could root for an Okie sweep but I hope the Horns destroy the Pukes.

KU still hasn't beaten a Big XII South team not from Waco in awhile. We'll see if they can overcome the hostile environment and if A&M can overcome Fran.

Someone posted on Hale's board that it scrolled across the screen on the Bucks/Penn State game that OU/aTm and BC/FSU was a split ABC night game next Saturday. Anyone else see this? If so, they must have made the decision because of the 1st half aTm/KU score. btw, FSU 9 Dook 0, halftime, in Tally. I'm really impressed with KU D. Bill Young's doing a good job for Mangino. They look solid in coverage as well as their D backs run support, and their LBs stick offensive players like we used to do. They're confusing McGee with their coverages. He'll probably have a once a year Reggie McNeal type performance against us next week.
Also a Nebraska board has posted that Keller broke his collar bone today and is done for the year. I guess his short career at Nebraska won't be a memorable one.
