Is Online Poker Legal or not?

I used to play online poker but i did not know if it is still legal to play and such or if something will happen if you do from the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006. Any thoughts thanks. and this also Security and Accountability For Every Port Act of 2006 or the SAFE Port Act?

Do you know if there will be any repercussions if you play at an online gaming site and get money tranferred into your account or anything?

its not illegal to play unless you make $$ and don't report it as income

it is illegal for banks to transfer $$ directly to gambling sites but you can use 3rd party payment processors like epassporte to get around that
