USC can upset Oregon and then the pollsters fall in love with USC again, it's all about the Pac 10 as usual.

I actually think the PAC-10 is more mediocre than most are suggesting...it will all show up at the end of the year....

As crazy as this season has been, anything can happen, so I'm not worried about our ranking. I agree, it's very possible we could be in the top 2 next week. And in other news, our one chance at a quality win is up to 9 in the bcs standings and on track for the CCG

It is though it is being ignored that we have beaten 2 teams currently in the Top 20...

If USC beats Oregon, they will again be the "greatest team ever" and shoot up the rankings.

VT jumps OU in the bcs, with all those upsets combined with beating the #5 team in the bcs USC very likely jumps OU in the BCS. Also with all those upsets South Florida creeps up in the standings and with their computer ranking could pass OU.

It's actually #18 and #13 in the BCS. KU is #9. If KU, Missouri and Texas win out they will all be in the Top 12 of the bcs by seasons end. Hopefully KU is 12-0 going into the big 12 championship game.

So Mizzou gets one more loss but stays high ranked and we take down undefeated Kansas in the CCG. By the time it's all over we'll be in.

How does Mizzou take on one more loss and stay high ranked? With two losses, one of them coming late in the season, they would be lucky to be ranked in the Top-15.

Yeah, the team who wins out in the PAC 10 will get hype - and it could be the Condoms -, but i think most fans realize this is not the same SUC team from the a couple years back.

I second that and IF UM(5-3) can win out that would also help. The Canes final 2 gmes are at VTech,BC.I'm not saying they will win out but they could.I see them finshing 8-4 snd taking out either V.Tech or BC but BOTH would be nice.

Lets look at this from realistic possible losses for each team, not including Stanford type upsets!

Ohio State @ Penn St, Illinois, Wisconsin, @ Mich

BC @ va tech, florida st, @ maryland, @ clemson, Miami

LSU @ Bama, Arkansas, SEC title

Oregon USC, Az St, @ Ucla

West Virginia @ Rutgers, Louisville, @ Cincy

Arizona St Cal, @ Oregon, @ Ucla, USC

Va Tech BC, @ Georgia Tech, FSU, Miami, @ Virginia

We pull our heads out, play like we did against Mizzou(minus fumbles) and we are in great shape to move up...We have to get healthy and we have to get consistent, but things actually look really well for us!!
