I watched "We are Marshall" tonight and realized they didn't kick the "extra point." When did this change?

later in the game they kick an extra point, i thought it was weird

Funny how after he made an azz of himself on National TV wearing, well... colors that make azzes of people (Hook 'em) and all of a sudden he's a football fan and is qualified to star in a football "feel good" movie (which sucked considering the story it truly was).
