Maybe try Runt's. Technically it's in BA, but it's on 161st and 61st next to Bass Pro Shop.

Albert G's, in a former filling station at about 28th and Harvard. Great ribs, chopped and sliced beef, and also chicken three nights a week. Plus, there's a neat picture of the owner with Coach Stoops hanging on the wall.

Rib Crib...the very first one started at 21st and Harvard.

Runts is awesome, but Billy Sims' ribs are great, too. I can also support the Albert G option, and don't forget Knotty Pine. Any Tulsa BBQ discussion has to also include Elmers (but the service generally succs).

I'd forgotten about the Knotty PIne! Is the one on way west side Tulsa still open? I've forgotten the name, but I remember its on this big corner...or at least used to be in the 80's.

Drive east to Memphis. Eat at Charlie Vergo's Rendezvous.

You're welcome.

No, but the ribs at the Rendezvous are he best ribs in EVERY city, regardless of actual geographical location. Go on. Ask me what the best ribs are in Moscow. ;)

Ah. Well, if we're not limiting the responses to restaurants, then yes, the answer becomes different. :D

Wilson's.

I loved that man. I pray he's serving it up for all the saints and fishing on Mondays.

If yer in the ghetto Tulsa, Oklahoma Style BBQ does a pretty good job when OUr company orders. Almost at Apache and Harvard where we order from.

Also, check out "BlackJack Barbecue (Yeller Pages???)." Private caterer, best BBQ I've ever had.

Billy Sims never ceases to make our football crowds happy when we have good ole BBQ dates... which we'll have TOMORROW. :D

I need to slap who ever typed Rib Crib and Notty Pine.

The same people probably think the McRib is good BBQ.
