Looking at Notre Dame's situation and something occurred to me

At 1-6, the Domers are dangerously close to missing out on a BCS bowl game. I'm not sure what the cutoff is but I can't imagine the BCS allowing them into one of the big games with more than 8 losses.

You are incorrect and should REALLY research before you post. ND qualifies for a BCS bowl so long as they win 1 game. They get an automatic BCS bowl if they win 2. Get it right next time!
